Hi, I'm Sarah, co-founder & CEO at Lobby,
based in San Francisco.
I'm a former Human and Computer Interaction researcher, ex-Airbnb and 2x founder.
I build an extension of human cognition, able to understand how we think & act. I'm passionate about neurosciences, hospitality and great craftsmanship.
I'm very detail-oriented, love beautiful objects and tend to go deep into the foundations of whatever I'm exploring.
- Building technology that serves humans, not the other way around.
- Collecting first-edition mixology books. My best find so far: a 1930 first edition of The Savoy Cocktail Book.
- Nerding out on the science behind food pairing. Read The Art & Science of Food Pairing if this is also your kind of rabbit hole.
- Discovering fashion brands that focus on details, high-quality craftsmanship, volume and unconventional materials.
Throughout my career, I've focused on understanding human cognition and building software that amplifies it.
